WHY I AM RUNNING FOR PUBLIC OFFICE
I love my country and I believe our Constitution is a sound document, a contract if you will that must be adhered to. However, we continue to stray from the ideals set out by our Founding Fathers and that is a grave concern to me as it is to millions of other patriotic Americans. People are creating a broad line of demarcation and choosing sides on all kinds of issues, some of which really are not debatable. And I'm here to say it must stop! I am a traditionalist like the majority of Americans.
Whether Republican, Democrat, Independent, black, white or Latino it doesn't matter. What works works. Some people want us to throw away what works and replace it with what has already been proven not to work. To me that is insanity. President Ronald Reagan once gave a speech in which he challenged his Soviet counterpart to; "tear down this wall"! I would like to adopt that for my campaign.
My fellow Marylanders, it's time to 'tear down this wall' of separation. It’s time to stop the anti-Christian, anti-American, anti-tradition rhetoric that threatens to destroy us. It's time to stop highlighting what separates us and unite behind what is common to us all. Socialism is not the answer.
We are a Christian nation and we will only remain strong as long as we adhere to the Christian principles that got us here. America is the greatest nation in human history. We have the greatest prosperity any nation has ever enjoyed. We are the most powerful nation in the world. Now is not the time to fold our hands and crumble in defeat. Now is not the time to rewrite history as some want to do. We should not be like the great nations of the past that collapsed from within. But, we should rise up in grand old American patriotism and be truly united behind what binds us together. Don't let the clouds of darkness gather, but chase them away in unison. We can do it, but we must do it in unison! Now is the time! I hope you will join me.

We must put our financial house in order to continue to be strong and sound. We must balance our budget and let the private sector take over the areas that they are best able to manage. We must stop building the federal government and reduce taxes so we create jobs. Obviously, the incumbents have not been able or willing to do it. That is why we need new faces who do not have attachments to labor and big business. You can be part of the problem or part of the solution. Please help me and be part of the solution!
